Location: Remote (Offices in Seattle & Los Angeles)
Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 DOE + Full Benefits

Our media strategy is central to our continued expansion and brand leadership. We’re now seeking a seasoned, results-driven professional to lead and manage all national radio media buys and broadcast relationships across the United States.

Role Overview
The National Radio Media Buyer will own the full lifecycle of our radio and audio marketing campaigns from market research and station negotiations to talent partnerships and post-buy analysis. This is a senior-level, hands-on role that requires an expert understanding of media rates, time segments, audience behavior, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all national and regional radio media buys across 25+ markets.
  • Strategically plan, negotiate, and execute buys that maximize reach, frequency, and ROI.
  • Secure premium on-air talent and endorsements from top-tier station personalities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with networks, stations, and syndication partners.
  • Analyze market trends, audience demographics, and competitive placements.
  • Ensure creative messaging aligns with brand voice and converts to measurable results.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of national radio buying or broadcast media experience.
  • Proven track record negotiating high-value, multi-market deals.
  • Deep understanding of CPM, CPP, dayparts, and rate structures.
  • Established relationships with major radio networks and station groups.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with an aggressive, deal-maker mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or consumer direct-response campaigns is a plus.
