National Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced National Sales Manager / Head of Sales to lead and manage the sales strategy at a national level. The role requires developing and executing sales plans, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across different regions to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales approaches.
  • Set clear sales targets, track progress, and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure effective territory management, channel development, and customer service standards.
  • Drive training, development, and performance management of the sales team.
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
