1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Define and drive the national sales plan: annual targets, growth ambition, market segmentation, channel mix, institutional focus.
- Expand business in Pharma, Healthcare institutions, HoReCa chains, Animal Husbandry and allied sectors at a national scale.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, major institutional deals, and enterprise partnerships.
- Monitor performance across regions, ensure achievement of targets, adjust strategy as needed.
2. Channel Architecture & Network Management
- Build, optimise and scale the distributor/dealer network across India: coverage, capability, incentives, performance metrics.
- Lead regional sales managers (RSMs) and their teams; define regional strategies, monitor execution, drive accountability.
- Foster strategic partnerships with national key-accounts, multi-location operators, institutional buyers.
3. Technical & Solution-led Selling
- Position our hygiene/disinfection solutions as value-added, technically differentiated offerings (not just commodity).
- Equip sales teams with training, technical collateral, demonstrations, case-studies; engage with C-suite, heads of procurement, infection-control committees.
- Represent the company at national conferences, trade-fairs, seminars; drive thought-leadership.
4. Market Intelligence, Forecasting & Governance
- Track national market trends, competitor dynamics, regulatory shifts in hygiene/disinfection/healthcare; feed into strategy.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and KPIs for national operations.
- Establish and enforce sales policies, ethical practices, compliance, and brand representation across all regions.
