The Opportunity
This position works out of our Kuwait location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division

What You'll work on-
Sales Responsibility
People Management
Customer Focus
Ensure tight control on operation cost by monitoring travel cost, CME, CSM, Brand Mix, claims and expiry zone-wise.
Ensuring Division Vision, Mission & Values should be clear to all team members, Build organizational image for internal & external customer.
Maintaining strong field discipline & inculcating Norms with timelines adherence.
Timely reporting & admin of self & team as per norms of the division.
Stringent Documentation, maintain all important data & records with help of support function.
Organization & Division comes first whenever there are any crucial decisions or action (backed up by data & records).
Winning the right way as per Abbott Policy.
Required Qualifications
Tertiary Qualifications in medical sciences, management qualification preferred
Minimum 10 years of pharma experience, of which atleast 3 years in a zonal level
Fully aware and knowledgeable about key accounts and key stakeholders in Kuwait market
Strong sales record and people management experience
