We are hiring an experienced Retail Sales for a well-reputed company in the NGO. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in retail operations, sales growth, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall retail operations across outlets/branches
Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Ensure stock management, merchandising, and product availability
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve KPIs
Monitor SOP compliance and service standards
Analyze market trends and competitor performance
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and management teams
Identify new opportunities for retail growth

Requirements:

PHD in Bussniess Administration
10 to 14 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
