National Sales Manager

WBM International is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and lead regional and area sales teams.
- Expand distribution networks and strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong distributor management and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan
