Your role

National Sales Manager

This role needs to be filled to ensure continuity of sales operations, OEM, Dealer, proper team management, and alignment with divisional business plans. Recruiting a replacement will help maintain customer coverage, support the sales team, and sustain ongoing business activities.

This position reports to the Business Line Manager – Trident Pneumatics (Standard and Export).

Skills and Experience

  • Result‑oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing of industrial equipment across direct and distributor channels.
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading sales teams at a national level.

Knowledge / Educational Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer or Diploma holder with 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within an Engineering Industry.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Expertise in technical, financial, and business understanding.
  • Skills in problem solving, managing processes and systems, communication, leadership, and customer focus.

Personality Requirements

  • Dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
