We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead the nationwide sales operations of Cellcense a brand by Nutrifactor. The NSM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building distribution networks, leading regional sales teams, and ensuring strong brand visibility and growth in the consumer market across Pakistan.

Qualifications

Education: MBA / BBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in FMCG, personal care, or skincare consumer sales, with at least 3–5 years in a national or senior sales leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve growth and market share targets for Cellcense.
  • Plan and oversee the sales structure, distribution model, and trade coverage nationwide.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team including ZSMs, ASMs, and Sales Executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute consumer promotions, product launches, and brand activation activities.
  • Drive team performance through effective leadership, target setting, and regular field visits.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer sales channels, retail operations, and modern trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer brands nationally.
