National Sales Manager (Fertilizers & Pesticides)

Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets using market insights.
  • Analyze sales data and improve performance.
  • Manage budgets and sales processes.
  • Oversee key client contracts and partnerships.
  • Build strong client & stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Fertilizers / Pesticides.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
