National Sales Solutions Provider

About the Role

META PCs builds high-performance custom computers for gamers, creators, and professionals who don't compromise on their setup. As a National Sales Solutions Provider, you'll be the voice customers hear first and the reason they come back. You'll own your pipeline from first contact to close across phone, chat, text, and email. This role is for someone who loves the craft of sales, knows their hardware, and gets real satisfaction from matching the right build to the right customer.

This role is full-time in the Phoenix Valley Area, or remote, and supports our early morning operations. Exact hours to be finalized.

What You'll Do

Sales & Revenue

  • Sell custom builds, prebuilt systems, upgrades, components, accessories, warranties, and service plans
  • Handle inbound sales calls and convert interest into closed deals
  • Run outbound calls from active leads, warm prospects, and call lists
  • Re-engage at-risk or lost orders — listen, problem-solve, and work with internal teams to make it right
  • Hit and exceed individual and team quotas and KPIs

Pipeline & Lead Management

  • Prioritize hot leads and respond across all channels
  • Pick up on buying signals and guide customers toward decisions they feel good about
  • Build and maintain your pipeline consistently so the next deal is always in motion
  • Coordinate with fulfillment, support, and build teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Product Knowledge

  • Know the META PCs catalog well enough to confidently match any customer to the right build
  • Stay current on PC hardware, new releases, and configurations for gaming, workstation, creative, and business use
  • Give honest, informed recommendations based on viable solutions

Customer Care

  • Handle inbound non-sales calls such as order status, billing, and general inquiries
  • Support overflow calls from META PCs retail locations when needed
  • Follow up after the sale to confirm everything landed well and to keep the relationship going

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally phone-based or direct sales with a track record of hitting quotas
  • Genuine interest in PC hardware — you follow new releases and can speak confidently about specs and use cases
  • Strong communication instincts — you listen well, read the room, and adapt your approach
  • Self-motivated and consistent — you bring your own urgency
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems and multi-channel communication
  • Collaborative — you share what you're learning and make the people around you better

Pay: $32,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
