We are searching for the best talent for a National Sales Trainer. The preferred location is for one to be based is Jacksonville, FL. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
Purpose: The National Sales Trainer will be instrumental in developing and delivering impactful sales training programs aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of the Territory Account Managers. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development, and in collaboration with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts, this role will focus on designing compliant, engaging, and effective training solutions for the J&J Vision sales team on a national level.
