Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android apKotlinions using Kotlin and/or Java.

- Collaborate closely with design, product, backend, and web teams to build seamless user experiences.

- Utilize modern version control workflows (Git) for efficient and collaborative development.

- Explore and apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., for code generation, refactoring, and testing) to enhance productivity and code quality.

- Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple Android devices and OS versions.

- Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and bugs.

- Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and process improvements.

- Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and development workflows.

Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional Android development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, and a solid understanding of the Android SDK.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.

- Familiarity with MVVM or Clean Architecture and Android Jetpack components.

- Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative branching strategies.

- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and mobile design patterns.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Academic qualifications are not necessory (optional)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt/Dagger).

- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code suggestion, testing automation, intelligent refactoring).

- Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs) or web development (React, Vue, Next etc.) is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and app distribution workflows.

- Published apps on Google Play Store is a plus.
