Nawy Now Property Consultant

📍Location: New Cairo & Zayed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join the Nawy Now team. The role focuses on assisting clients in buying and selling ready-to-move properties through the Nawy platform, providing expert guidance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound leads and guide clients through the property purchasing process.
• Provide clients with accurate information about available ready-to-move properties on the Nawy Now platform.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals successfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and referrals.
• Update and maintain CRM records with accurate client and transaction data.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting (experience in ready-to-move properties is a plus).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is preferred.
