Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, respectful, and knowledgeable Nazra Quran Teacher who can teach Nazra Quran with proper Tajweed and basic Islamic learning principles. The ideal candidate should be able to create a disciplined, respectful, and spiritually positive learning environment for students.

Job Specifications

• Shift: Morning
• Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad
• Education: Alima / Hafiza qualification required
• Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience (school experience preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong command of Tajweed and Quranic recitation
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Patient, disciplined, and respectful personality
• Ability to manage young students effectively
• Basic understanding of Islamic teachings and manners

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Quran Teaching (Nazra with Tajweed)

• Teach Nazra Quran with correct pronunciation and Tajweed rules
• Guide students in proper recitation techniques
• Focus on accuracy, fluency, and clarity in recitation
• Ensure students develop strong foundational Quran reading skills

2. Islamic Learning & Character Building

• Teach basic Islamic manners and ethics alongside Quran learning
• Encourage respect, discipline, and good behavior in students
• Instill love for Quran and Islamic values
• Promote moral and spiritual development

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Prepare structured daily Quran lessons
• Plan revision sessions for better memorization and fluency
• Use simple methods suitable for young learners
• Monitor individual student progress

4. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Regularly assess students’ Quran reading skills
• Identify mistakes in pronunciation and correct them
• Maintain progress records of each student
• Provide feedback for improvement

5. Classroom Management

• Maintain a calm, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment
• Ensure students follow proper behavior during Quran class
• Manage attention and focus of young learners effectively
• Encourage patience and consistency in learning

6. Parent Communication

• Share student progress with parents when required
• Inform parents about learning performance and behavior
• Suggest improvement plans for weak students
• Maintain respectful communication with families

7. School Participation

• Participate in school Islamic events and activities
• Support moral and religious development programs
• Collaborate with school administration and staff
• Contribute to a positive Islamic learning environment

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
