NCLEX RN TRAINER (Females Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver NCLEX-RN training sessions (online).
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice questions aligned with NCLEX standards.
• Teach core nursing concepts such as Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Maternity, Psychiatric, and Fundamentals of Nursing.
• Provide test-taking strategies, time management techniques, and exam preparation guidance.
• Assess students’ performance through quizzes, mock exams, and feedback sessions.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring when needed.
• Stay updated with NCLEX exam changes, NCSBN guidelines, and nursing best practices.
• Motivate and support students to achieve high success rates in the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN preferred).
• Prior teaching/training experience in NCLEX or nursing education is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of NCLEX-RN exam structure, content areas, and question patterns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding aspiring nurses toward success.

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of nursing concepts and NCLEX test plan.
• Strong organizational and lesson-planning ability.
• Patience, empathy, and motivational teaching style.
• Ability to use digital platforms and e-learning tools effectively.
