NCLEX Trainer

Midland College, Multan is seeking a qualified and experienced NCLEX Trainer to prepare nursing students and graduate nurses for success in the NCLEX-RN / NCLEX-PN examination and international nursing career pathways, particularly for the USA, UK, Canada, and other global healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN preparation classes
• Train students in critical thinking and clinical judgment aligned with Next Generation NCLEX (NGN)
• Conduct case-based learning sessions and scenario-based practice
• Develop structured NCLEX preparation plans and study schedules
• Prepare lecture materials, presentations, quizzes, and mock exams
• Design practice tests based on current NCLEX exam patterns
• Update course content according to NCSBN standards and latest NCLEX changes
• Maintain student progress reports and performance records
• Coordinate with academic management regarding batch performance
• Support admissions counseling for international nursing pathways
• Ensure high pass rates and training quality standards

Required Qualifications

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – Required
• MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) – Preferred
• Valid RN License (Pakistan Nursing Council)
• NCLEX-RN passed candidate preferred
• International nursing exam experience highly preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience
