NDT Technician - Condition Monitoring Technician (Eddy Current & Vibration Analysis)

We are seeking an experienced Eddy Current / Vibration Analysis Technician to join our condition monitoring and predictive maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both ECT heat exchanger inspection and vibration diagnostics, capable of delivering accurate reports and actionable recommendations for industrial rotating and static equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Eddy Current Testing (ECT):

Perform heat exchanger tube inspections using ECT equipment with traceable documentation of tube volumes.

Set up, calibrate, and operate Eddy Current instruments (ZETEC experience preferred).

Interpret test data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend necessary repairs or corrective actions.

Conduct inspections on various tube materials across multiple industry sectors.

Vibration Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret vibration data for rotating equipment.

Identify and diagnose mechanical faults and recommend maintenance actions.

Maintain vibration databases and prepare technical reports.

Utilize systems including TRIO-T8 AZIMA AI, Emerson AMS, and SKF software.

Other Technical Skills (Preferred):

Perform pump repair, bearing replacement, mechanical alignment (motor/pump).

Conduct water and air balancing using ultrasonic flow meters and flow hoods.

Support plant operations as a reliever operator when required.

Contribute to other maintenance or operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Eddy Current Testing (ECT) for heat exchangers with documented performance (700 tubes per 10-hour shift preferred).

ASNT/PCN Level II certification in Eddy Current Testing (ECT); Level II in VT/MT/UT is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in vibration analysis within industrial environments.

ISO Category II certification in Vibration Analysis; IR or Ultrasound background is an advantage.

Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: AED4.00 - AED5.00 per month
