Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations professional with strong hands-on knowledge of TripMaster software. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily trip scheduling, dispatch operations, driver coordination, and real-time monitoring to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage trips using TripMaster software
• Dispatch drivers and assign vehicles efficiently
• Monitor live trips using GPS tracking
• Handle same-day changes, delays, cancellations, and no-shows
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Communicate with riders and internal teams as required
• Maintain accurate trip records for billing and reporting
• Generate daily and weekly operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Required Experience & Skills

• Mandatory experience with TripMaster software
• Prior experience in transportation, NEMT, logistics, or dispatch operations
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) or paratransit services
• Dispatcher or scheduler experience in US BASED PROJECT
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and reporting tools
