A Brief Overview
Under the direction of a supervising physician, the Physician Assistant Resident (PAR) is a trainee in the Neonatology Physician Assistant Residency Program. The Neonatology Physician Assistant Residency Program is a one-year long program that provides mentoring, didactic teaching, simulation skills training, and experience to prepare the PAR to become a competent Neonatal Front Line Clinician. Throughout the program, the PAR will become responsible for the direct care and follow up of a population of patients that match his/her skill set through the designated curriculum and timelines. The components of the role include education, clinical practice, consultation, and professional development.

SALARY RANGE:
$20,800.00 - $110,400.00 AnnuallySalary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
