Job Summary
The Butter Maker is responsible for overseeing and executing the butter production process in accordance with international quality, safety, and hygiene standards. This role ensures efficient production, optimal utilization of raw materials, and compliance with food safety and regulatory guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
- Carry out butter manufacturing operations following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor cream quality, churning parameters, and temperature control throughout the process.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency and yield.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all products meet international quality standards, including texture, fat content, and taste.
- Conduct in-process quality checks at specified intervals.
- Report any deviations and work with QA to implement corrective actions.
Sanitation & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production area, equipment, and utensils at all times.
- Follow food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) strictly.
- Adhere to OSHA / local safety rules and Nestlé’s safety protocols.
Record Keeping
- Log production data including batch numbers, yield, wastage, and deviations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and traceability purposes.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to resolve quality issues.
- Work with maintenance for timely servicing of churning and processing machines.
- Assist in training new team members on production protocols.

- Basic understanding of dairy processing and butter production.

Education & Experience
- Diploma / Intermediate in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years experience in dairy production, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing (advantageous).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
