Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled .NET Developer with a good understanding of the One Identity Manager (1IM) This role involves developing and customizing .NET-

based components.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop custom solutions using VB.NET / C#

· Develop connectors, workflows, and custom logic for identity lifecycle processes using the One Identity toolset.

· Customize One Identity modules using tools like Designer, Synchronization Editor, Web Designer, and Manager.

· Understand and work with the One Identity Manager architecture, schema extensions, and data models.

· Integrate One Identity Manager with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Office 365, etc.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable .NET code aligned with project and security standards.

· Develop and maintain APIs and services for integration with internal and third- party systems.

· Collaborate with business analysts, and security teams to implement identity governance use cases.

· Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and security assessments.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, synchronization, and access controls.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in .NET development (VB.NET or C#).

· Good understanding of One Identity Manager architecture and its key modules.

· Experience using One Identity tools: Designer, Synchronization Editor, Manager, Object Browser.

· Hands-on experience with directory services and protocols like LDAP, SCIM, SPML.

· Strong experience with SQL Server or Oracle (querying, stored procedures, schema design).

· Knowledge of IAM concepts: user lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, SoD, etc.

· Experience with RESTful APIs, secure coding practices, and version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

· Prior experience integrating with Azure AD, SAP, or Office 365 using One Identity Manager.

· Experience with PowerShell scripting.

· Familiarity with cloud identity services and security best practices.

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
