Junior Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, winning proposals to increase project conversion rate.
• Manage client communications, including clarifying requirements and negotiating terms.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track and analyze proposal success rates and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Upwork platform changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role on Upwork (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
