Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong Production Support (L3) experience to support and maintain our Forex trading platforms and related financial systems. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, and resolving production incidents, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and trading operations teams to maintain 24x7 uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support (L3):

• Handle Production support for .NET Core-based trading and back-office systems.
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve production incidents and system performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development team to provide technical guidance and ensure proper escalation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation, including weekends when required.
• Monitor system health, application logs, and service availability
• Review and deploy production fixes following change management and release policies.

Development & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements in existing .NET Core applications.
• Optimize APIs, SQL queries, and data access layers for better performance.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams during UAT, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Technologies:

• .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#)
• ASP.NET Core / Web API / RESTful Services
• Entity Framework / LINQ / ADO.NET
• SQL Server (strong in T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization)
• Windows Services / Console Applications / Background Jobs

DevOps & Cloud:

• Azure App Services, Azure Functions, App Insights, Log Analytics
• CI/CD Pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience

Domain Skills:

• Experience in Forex / Financial Trading systems
• Understanding of FIX protocol, liquidity provider integrations, MT4/MT5 APIs, or bridge systems
• Knowledge of risk management, trade reconciliation, and P&L reporting

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with traders, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Good documentation and incident management skills.
• Proactive mindset towards automation and continuous improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Shift & Availability:

• Flexible working hours to support 24x7 production environments.
• On-call rotation with after-hours and weekend coverage as required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
