.NET Developer (Remote, Full-Time) [HRPS]

Responsibilities

• Write clean, robust, and executable code across backend and frontend systems.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Resolve customer and stakeholder support tickets promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to technical specifications and assist in refining user stories before sprint planning.
• Maintain consistent delivery pace aligned with team expectations and sprint goals.
• Advocate for software and process improvements to enhance codebase quality and performance.

Requirements

• C# — 5+ years developing scalable, maintainable applications.
• .NET Core — 5+ years designing and implementing backend services and APIs.
• REST API Development — 5+ years building and maintaining high-quality, well-documented APIs.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Nice to have

• NHibernate — 5+ years working with ORM frameworks.
• SQL Server — 5+ years designing and optimizing databases.
• Entity Framework — 5+ years developing and maintaining data access layers.
• Blazor — 2+ years developing modern, interactive web interfaces.
• MAUI — 2+ years cross-platform application development experience.
