We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our Convalescent Transport Team. As a Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) Driver, you'll help patients get to vital healthcare appointments—such as dialysis, rehab, and primary care—safely and on time using gurney-only vans. No lights or sirens here—just the critical support people need to stay healthy.

This role requires physical strength and compassion. You will be assisting with loading and unloading patients on stretchers, often working with a partner to lift up to 250 lbs safely. No wheelchair transports—gurney only.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport gurney-bound patients to and from appointments
• Assist patients in and out of the vehicle using stretchers and secure loading equipment
• Lift and transfer patients (up to 250 lbs) with a partner while ensuring comfort and safety
• Communicate with dispatch and healthcare facilities to stay on schedule
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Complete trip reports including times, mileage, and any concerns or incidents

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Pass background check & MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to lift and assist gurney patients up to 250 lbs with a partner
• Friendly, respectful, and calm under pressure
• Experience in healthcare or patient transport is a bonus—not required
