Position Summary

At Apiary Medical, the NetSuite & Systems Analyst plays a critical role at the intersection of IT operations and ERP-driven business process optimization. In addition to advanced ERP responsibilities, this role requires a solid foundation in general IT support across Windows, Mac, and PC environments, enabling you to provide a holistic perspective that bridges support desk functions with infrastructure awareness. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you will drive ERP workflows, manage integrations, and optimize NetSuite modules. With expertise in NetSuite and related technologies, you will support financial, supply chain, and operations processes, lead small projects, and ensure system readiness for growth and compliance.

Who YOU Are and WHAT You will be Doing

You are:

  • Experienced in ERP administration and optimization, particularly NetSuite (3+ years)
  • Skilled in workflow creation, reporting, and light scripting within NetSuite
  • Capable of supporting and managing ERP integrations (Celigo, Orderful, credit card processing)
  • Knowledgeable in NetSuite modules such as WMS, QMS, Advanced Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
  • Adept at managing NetSuite upgrades, sandbox refreshes, system audits, and reporting activities
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and IT service desk tools
  • Strong in general IT troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and PC platforms
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective at balancing end-user support with back-end systems projects

You will:

  • Lead ERP-related projects including data cleanup, workflow automation, and reporting improvements
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows in NetSuite while maintaining clean, accurate data
  • Configure and support NetSuite integrations with third-party systems
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize ERP processes
  • Conduct ERP and system training for end-users, improving literacy and adoption
  • Troubleshoot ERP and IT-related issues, escalating only when necessary
  • Oversee upgrade readiness, sandbox management, and system lifecycle planning in NetSuite
  • Deliver reports and recommendations to leadership to drive efficiency and operational improvements
  • Support on-site systems and infrastructure needs at manufacturing facility to assure seamless technical operations
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of cross-functional IT/ERP experience or current NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience with NetSuite, including workflows, reporting, and integrations
  • Background in CRM systems, supply chain, and financial data management
  • Strong knowledge of general IT support and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred (experience may substitute)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands

Remains in a stationary position for 50% of the time or more. Constantly operates a computer.
