Client Needs:

Pain Points:

• No one in house that understands Suite Scripts (technical skill)
• Finance is a major pain point
• Supply chain/Inventory management major pain point (not using NetSuite and should)
• No automation/notifications at transactional level (stale transactions stuck in workflows)
• Job costing (They are in Construction)
• Project management module

Products owners internally in place that has mapped business processes

• -> Needs to be translated to NetSuite specific functionality
• Don't have anyone that can pick up the business requirements and translate them into build/technical recommendations and specs and that understands the business processes coupled with NetSuite functionality.

Contract Terms:

• 6-Month engagement to start
• Likely a trial period to work on the smaller rocks and cascade a roadmap, potential for longer engagement on more complex issues like inventory

Opportunity:

• Need to build out unused modules and configurations
• Need to improve on existing modules and configurations

1-2 week to get through initial interviews & NDA/SOW's

Resource(s) need to be available to start with 2-4 weeks from April 20, 2026
