Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with a strong background in the Financial Domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NetSuite customization, scripting, integrations, and financial process automation. You will work closely with our business and technical teams to optimize and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment, with a focus on accounting, finance, and reporting modules. This is a flexible role — candidates may work remotely or from our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) scripts, workflows, and Suitelets.
• Customize and configure NetSuite modules related to Finance, Accounting, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlets, or iPaaS tools.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business insights.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy in financial transactions within NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing customizations and workflows.
• Stay updated with NetSuite releases and financial best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Developer, preferably in financial or accounting-based implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, journal entries, GL, AR/AP, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs) and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• NetSuite Financial User or Developer Certification.
• Experience in financial domain projects or ERP implementation for accounting teams.
• Exposure to Celigo, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBundler, and SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDF).
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles or prior collaboration with finance teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
