Role Overview

The NetSuite Data & Operations Systems Associate is a hands-on role responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Graphique’s NetSuite ERP environment and adjacent operational workflows. You will play an essential part in ensuring high-quality data, smooth system performance, and accurate reporting across the business. This position works closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Product Development, and external partners to ensure our systems and processes run efficiently and reliably.

What You’ll Do

NetSuite Functionality & Support

· Monitor the NetSuite Connector and quickly resolve issues related to order flow and inventory synchronization.

· Support end-users by troubleshooting day-to-day NetSuite issues and answering system questions.

· Assist with testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and system updates.

Data Management
· Maintain accurate customer, vendor, item, and inventory records within NetSuite.

· Ensure timely and correct entry of all master data and transactional updates.

· Conduct recurring data audits to ensure quality, consistency, and integrity across the system.

· Identify discrepancies and partner with internal teams to correct or improve data processes.

Reporting & Analytics
· Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards that provide visibility into operational and financial performance.

· Pull and organize data to support decision-making across teams.

· Assist in analyzing trends and identifying operational opportunities or areas for improvement.

Process Improvement & Documentation
· Support cross-functional teams in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing workflow improvements.

· Participate in process mapping efforts to document current-state and future-state workflows.

· Assist with implementing best practices across order management, procurement, inventory, and data governance.

User Training & Support
· Assist in onboarding new NetSuite users through basic system training and best practice guides.

· Provide ongoing support, refresher training, and documentation to promote effective system use.

· Create SOPs, quick guides, and reference materials for consistent cross-team utilization.

Collaboration & Communication
· Gather user feedback on system performance and capture requirements for enhancements.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around systems, data, and process improvements.

· Coordinate with external partners (NetSuite, Sikich/ATX) when escalating issues or validating improvements.

Who You Are

· 2–4 years of experience in operations, business systems, data administration, or a similar technical operations role.

· NetSuite experience is required — familiarity with saved searches, record maintenance, workflows, or troubleshooting is essential.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Comfortable working directly in systems—building searches, updating records, testing workflows, and resolving issues.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.

· Clear communicator who can explain system concepts to users with varying levels of technical understanding.

· Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys improving processes.

· Experience in consumer goods, wholesale, retail operations, or inventory-driven businesses is a plus.
