The Notre Dame Alumni Association (NDAA) is searching for a new team member to serve as a Service Desk Associate to provide technical support to alumni, parents, friends and volunteers including supporting our core alumni communities platform (myNotreDame), alumni Gmail, and more.
This position provides Tier 1 technical support to the Alumni and Friends of the University as well as to our volunteer leaders and is a member of the Information Technology (IT) team. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail and organizational skills and an aptitude to learn new technology to best care for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide End User and NDAA Volunteer Admin Support, including:
Provide Tier 1 support, responding to incidents and service requests related to NDAA services including, but not limited to myNotreDame and Google
Work with established procedures for assisting customers in troubleshooting and capturing solutions to their questions. This includes the support of individual alumni and friends as well as technology support for our Notre Dame Clubs and Alumni Groups
Coordinate with teammates on escalated issues to help identify and define solutions
Other Duties
Assist with recurring NDAA Activities such as Reunion, NDAA Board,
Leadership Conferences, Football Fridays, etc.
Provide ad hoc contributions to requests from within the NDAA, assist with special projects

Location: The Alumni Association is based at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, with a hybrid work schedule. We strongly prefer candidates who are local.
