As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Role Overview

The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s network systems. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Perform regular network performance checks and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new systems and technologies.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatari IT regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
