Job Summary

The Network Administrator is responsible for expanding and maintaining the company’s global agent network using WCA platforms. You will identify, vet, and onboard new freight forwarding partners in strategic international markets to improve service reach and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· WCA Platform Management:Navigate WCAworld databases to identify high-quality freight forwarding partners in specific countries or regions.

· Partner Development: Initiate and develop new relations with external freight forwarders to establish mutual trade lanes and business opportunities.

· Vetting & Compliance: Utilize the Gold Medallion Financial Protection Plan to ensure all new partners meet financial and service quality standards before engagement.

· Conference Representation: Plan and attend annual WCA Conferences to conduct one-on-one meetings with potential and existing international partners.

· Operational Integration:Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and communication with newly developed international agents.

· Payment Oversight: Use PartnerPay to manage fee-free, real-time transactions with global network members, ensuring financial efficiency.

· Relationship Maintenance: Act as the primary point of contact for external agents, resolving disputes and monitoring the performance of the partnership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in freight forwarding, specifically in agent networking or international business development.

· WCA Proficiency: Deep knowledge of WCA specialized networks (e.g., WCA First, WCA Inter Global, or WCA Pharma).

· Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; fluency in a second language is highly preferred for dealing with external countries.

· Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate rates and service level agreements (SLAs) with international carriers and agents.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and trade lane volumes to target the most profitable new territories for expansion.

· Technical Literacy: Proficient in Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and specialized WCA tools like FreightOscope.
