Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Analyst to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of LAN, WAN, and internet systems across the organization. The successful candidate will manage and monitor access switches, Wi-Fi equipment, and network security firewalls, while also administering the supporting software and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage access & data center network devices including switches and routers from Cisco, Aruba, Juniper etc.
• Deploy and maintain wireless network infrastructure such as Wi-Fi access points, routers, and wireless LAN controllers (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper etc.)
• Administer next-generation firewalls and secure web gateways, VPN, Endpoint Security, EDR / XDR solutions, with hands-on experience in Fortinet and Sophos platforms
• Good knowledge of Virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V), Server and Storage systems, Microsoft 365, and Public / Private cloud infrastructure / technologies.
• Set up and maintain network monitoring tools including PRTG and SolarWinds for performance and availability tracking
• Configure and support IP telephony and VoIP systems across platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Grandstream, and Elastix
• Oversee passive infrastructure including structured cabling in data centers and network/communication racks
• Coordinate with Vendors & Service providers for the Internet, VSAT, MPLS Links and VOIP / PSTN / PRI services.
• Responsible for purchase & payments processing of Internet & communication services in SAP.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or problems with resolution details for future reference.
• Prepare & maintain documentation (diagrams, SOPs, MOC, user guides) of all networks, network security, communication & monitoring systems.
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner to comply with HSE rules/procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.

Required Competencies / Qualification / Experience:

• BS Computer Sciences or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Cisco CCNP and Fortinet NSE-4 or equivalent training / certifications
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DC Virtualization, System Administration and Cloud technologies.
• Good Knowledge of Information Security Management System & ISO/IEC Standards.
• Strong communication skills.
