NETWORK AND SECURITY MANAGER

• University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar degree,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Security,
• Team player with strong analytical skills,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
• Experienced in network issues (such as Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Security, Data Center),
• Experienced in Wireless Lan Controller management,
• Experienced in TCP/IP, Dynamic Routing, BGP, MPLS/VRF,
• Experienced in Firewall management
• Preferably with knowledge of cyber security
• Experienced in IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS, IDS, WAF, NAT,
• Knowledge and experience in DLP, Disk Encryption, Nac, 802.1X,
• Experienced in Anti Virüs, End Point Protection, EDR, XDR, SANDBOX,
• Knowledge of the management of monitoring systems,
• Having knowledge and experience in Siem / Log management,
• Knowledge and experience (preferably certificate) in ITIL processes and standards such as ISO 27001,

We are currently looking for a Network and Security Manager to join our rapidly-expanding Turkish enterprise in Istanbul.

• Preferably having certificate Cisco CCNP/CCNA, CISM , ISO 27001-2022 and Fortinet, Paloalto, HP, HUAWEI, Avaya, Security etc…
• Experienced in managing Cisco, HP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Netscaler ve network devices (Router, Switch)
• Fulfilling Lactalis Türkiye's Information Security auditing and management functions.
• Designing, installing and managing network / security infrastructures,
• Implementation and follow-up of maintenance processes of network / security devices,
• Analyse and resolution of problems in the network / security infrastructure,
• Establishing and enforcing security policies,
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure runs continuously
• Local network, operation and management of wide area networks (WAN, satellite, internet) and wireless networks, ensuring security,
• Operation and management of voice and video communication systems,
• Taking duty as a team member in Information Technologies projects,
• Documentation according to standards,
• Working in partnership with the team in order to be informed of the events observed as suspicious in time and take necessary actions,
• Observation of important security alarms produced against cyber threats, to make detailed analysis,
• Detection of suspicious events from different viewpoints from collected data / logs,
• Taking actions in accordance with the relevant security policy in case of doubt, to inform and record the necessary actions,
• Determination of the need for a new rule to detect current cyber threats and assist in taking action,
• Generating rules, correlations and reports on SIEM product, ensure log continuity.
