Senior Wireless Network Technical Lead (Cisco)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Wireless Network Technical Lead to drive complex wireless solution delivery, customer engagement, and technical escalations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco wireless technologies, DNA Center (Catalyst Center), and strong leadership in customer facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead wireless solution design, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues (WLC, DNAC).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product/service issues.
• Perform wireless site surveys, RF designs, and optimization.
• Drive knowledge transfer and mentor junior engineers.
• Support presales and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in networking with 5+ years in Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs, DNA Center).
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
• Cisco certification (CCNP Enterprise required, CCIE Wireless/Enterprise preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
