Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Network & Communication Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our network infrastructure across data, voice, and wireless systems. This role requires deep expertise in Cisco technologies, SDN solutions, and network security, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in network devices (Wireless Controllers, Switches, Routers, Cisco IP Phones, APs, VG, CUCM, etc.).
• Configure and optimize network components for maximum performance and update settings as required.
• Design, improve, and develop data, voice, and wireless networks following best practices and technical standards.
• Manage wireless and voice networks, troubleshoot related issues, and coordinate with service providers.
• Manage data center networking, including connectivity setup, cabling organization, and SDN solutions support.
• Support the setup and maintenance of external communication systems and leased circuits with service providers.
• Document network configurations and technical changes in up-to-date reference files.
• Monitor network performance regularly and analyze recurring slowdowns or failures.
• Contribute to the development of network disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide sustainable solutions.
• Provide technical support and consultancy to internal teams on network infrastructure matters.
• Prepare periodic reports on network performance and SLAs in coordination with project management.
• Participate in developing and updating network and communication policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards and submit required reports when necessary.
• Participate in maintaining and upgrading project-related equipment in primary and backup data centers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional Certifications Required:
• CCNP Data Center
• CCNP Enterprise
• CCNP Wireless
• CCNP Collaboration
• Hands-on experience with ACI, SDA, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in network engineering and communications.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco networking devices and systems.
• Strong understanding of wireless, voice, and data center networking.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external providers.
• Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity regulations and standards.
