We specialize in advanced networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration, and digital infrastructure solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our pre-sales team in Pakistan to support projects for NETS KSA.


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer with a passion for designing and presenting innovative ICT solutions. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution design skills to support enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.


You will work closely with regional Sales, Technical, and Product teams to craft value-driven proposals, conduct solution workshops, and develop winning technical submissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Design end-to-end networking, data center, network security and cloud solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution architectures.
  • Prepare BoQs and configuration designs using vendor tools (Cisco CCW, Huawei eConfigurator, Fortinet Configurator, etc.).
  • Conduct POCs, demos, and presentations to validate solution feasibility.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and distribution partners to ensure technical accuracy and pricing competitiveness.
  • Support the sales and delivery teams throughout the bid and handover process.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in SDN, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SASE, Cloud Security, and Automation.


Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technologies:

  • Networking: Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless LAN, IPv6, MPLS, QoS
  • Security: Next-Gen Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), VPN, NAC, IPS/IDS, DLP, WAF
  • Data Center & Cloud: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud Architectures
  • Automation & Monitoring: Ansible, Python (basic), SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, or similar tools
  • Collaboration & Unified Communication: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, IP Telephony


Preferred Tools: Cisco CCW, Huawei eConfigurator, Fortinet Configurator, Dell EMC PowerSizer, VMware Sizer, and similar.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Consultancy.
  • Proven experience in solution scoping, RFP response, and client engagement.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work across multi-vendor and multi-technology environments.


Preferred Certifications (one or more):

  • Networking: CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Security / HCIP
  • Security: Fortinet NSE 4–7, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE
  • Virtualization & Data Center: VMware VCP-DCV
