Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure and protect our IT infrastructure across networks, servers, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing security controls, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for on-prem and cloud infrastructure

• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation activities

• Deploy and manage security tools (Firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR)

• Perform OS hardening and infrastructure security best practices

• Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and support investigations

• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards

• Collaborate with IT, Cloud, and DevOps teams to embed security into infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as an Infrastructure Security Engineer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of network, server, and cloud security

• Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security)

• Experience securing Linux and Windows environments

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)

Nice to Have

• Automation or scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Knowledge of Zero Trust or cloud-native security tools

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Cloud Security)
