Boeing Information Technology Network Infrastructure Services is currently looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Network Designer to join their team in Huntsville,AL. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) business organization.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with IT Business Partners and BDS stakeholders to implement and maintain communications and network systems enabling the BDS business to meet their organizational and program goals.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties include: network design, equipment procurement, equipment configuration and installation, cable and wire design and implementation, network break-fix, security plan integration, equipment decommission and surplus, capital/expense planning to ensure that the programs have a secure communications network to perform program development and execution In support of program customer

Includes, but not limited to, hardware and software support to Secure Network, Secure Voice and other non-standard system integration

Includes support to security activities such as US government Risk Management Framework (RMF) Compliance, Security Evaluation Checklists, device sanitization, contamination cleanup, and support to the management of System Security Plans

Minimum 2+ years of experience with Cisco Routers, Switches and IO

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay Range:

Associate: $82,800 - $101,200

Mid-Level: $101,700 - $124,300
