Network Development Executive- Oil Marketing/Lubricant Inds. (Onboarding Garages)

About the Role
We are seeking a Network Development professional with strong civil engineering exposure and proven experience in the oil marketing & lubricants industry. The role involves driving network expansion, onboarding new garages, and ensuring infrastructure compliance to brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new garages/workshops into the network.

· Oversee site development and civil engineering aspects of garage setups and expansions.

· Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new locations.

· Ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and infrastructure quality.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with garage owners and key stakeholders.

· Support branding, fit-out, and technical specifications during network rollouts.

· Monitor network performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

· Civil Engineering background (degree preferred).

· Prior experience in oil marketing companies such as Total, Castrol, Veedol, or similar.

· Strong understanding of garage/workshop operations and development processes.

· Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently, with strong commercial and analytical acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
