Network Development Specialist

As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Network Development Specialist in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Heritage Motors – EXEED . We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.


What you’ll do?


  • Strategically analyze market potential and optimize the dealer network across existing and emerging territories to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and renovation of automotive facilities (showrooms, service centers), ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end project oversight for network development, coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants/contractors to drive timelines and quality.
  • Conduct regular dealer audits, monitor performance against targets, and implement corrective action plans to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Secure all necessary permits and licenses, and manage agreements with partners and sub-dealers to ensure legal compliance and strategic alignment.


Who you are?


  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years (preferably 6+) of experience in network development, facility planning, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • A skilled project manager with proficiency in PMP methodologies, AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software, and a strong knowledge of automotive dealership design and fit-out processes.
  • An analytical thinker with excellent bidding, budgeting, and BOQ review skills, combined with in-depth knowledge of dealer standards and strong mathematical abilities.
  • A clear communicator and collaborative leader, fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written skills to coordinate teams and manage stakeholders.
  • A process-driven individual focused on continuous improvement, capable of initiating business process enhancements and ensuring the seamless integration of new standards and technologies.
