Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team, supporting the 24/7 operations of our inbound contact center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance across all contact center systems. This role requires working in a rotational shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, VoIP, firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide tier 2/3 support for all network-related issues across multiple shifts.
- Proactively identify and resolve network bottlenecks, failures, and performance issues.
- Ensure uptime and availability of contact center voice systems (e.g., SIP, Asterisk, Avaya, or similar).
- Configure and maintain QoS, VLANs, and traffic routing for critical voice/data applications.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation for network systems.
- Conduct regular network security audits and patch management.
- Document all configurations, procedures, and network changes clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Work closely with the call center operations and IT support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar are preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
