Network Engineer

A global financial services firm is hiring a Network Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure team. You’ll support a highly available global network across data centers, Azure cloud environments, and international offices (US, UK, APAC).

This is a hands‑on senior role supporting network operations, design, voice systems, and cloud connectivity in a mission‑critical environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Maintain and enhance global WAN/LAN infrastructure
• Azure networking: VNETs, peering, VPN/ExpressRoute, gateways
• Deploy and manage Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, VoIP
• Monitor network performance and lead issue resolution
• Support global voice platforms:
• Cisco CUBE/SBC
• Microsoft Teams Calling (Direct Routing)
• SIP connectivity
• Cisco UC Manager & Unity Connection
• Implement network event logging, packet capture, and analysis

What You Bring

• Strong background in enterprise WAN/LAN engineering
• Azure cloud networking experience
• Cisco voice routing (CUBE/SBC) + SIP connectivity
• Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing (required)
• Cisco Unified Comms deployment & support (required)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, WAN options
• Experience with Wireshark, configuration management, and proper cabling standards
• CCNP/CCVP or similar certifications (preferred)
