Network Engineer

Job Summary
MYB Advanced Technology Systems is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and integrated ELV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable network connectivity, supporting security and communication systems, providing technical assistance to clients, and overseeing project implementation in compliance with client, authority, and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and related networking equipment.
• Support the integration and operation of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, Intercom, Sound Systems, Automation Systems, Gate Motors, and Barriers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, IT, and ELV-related technical issues reported by clients.
• Ensure all network and ELV installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of network and ELV systems.
• Review and validate IT, Telecom, ELV, and Security system designs and technical documentation.
• Review design drawings for IT and communication systems and provide technical recommendations where required.
• Provide technical and design support for network infrastructure and ELV solutions.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of network, telecom, ELV, and electronic security systems.
• Ensure project designs and installations meet client requirements and relevant authority regulations.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of network devices, servers, storage systems, and connected ELV infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain servers, storage devices, and network services.
• Supervise technicians during installation, testing, and maintenance activities, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with design and project teams by providing technical input for network and ELV solution development.
• Maintain site documentation, system records, configurations, and access credentials for all deployed systems.

Requirements:

Education

• Attested Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in networking, ELV systems, and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, Access Points, CCTV systems, Sound Systems, and integrated security solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity, structured cabling, and IP-based systems.

Certifications

• Approved ADMCC Certificate.
• CCNA Certification (Preferred).

Licenses

• ADMCC License (Preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).

Language

• Fluent English (Preferred).
