Role Summary
We are hiring an L2 Network Engineer to operate and maintain a large enterprise network estate spanning
campus LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud connectivity. The role handles BAU operations, change
implementation, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, operate, and maintain Cisco / Juniper / Arista routing and switching.

Implement and maintain firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower).

Operate WAN technologies: SD-WAN, MPLS, IPsec, BGP, OSPF.

Support load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM) and reverse proxies.

Drive incident response, change implementation, and post-incident reviews.

Maintain accurate documentation: HLD/LLD, IPAM, and CMDB.

Coordinate with security, datacentre, and cloud teams on cross-domain changes.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent.

4+ years in enterprise network operations.

CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent JNCIP) — mandatory.

Hands-on with at least one major firewall vendor (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).

Strong on routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLAN, STP).

Familiarity with monitoring (SolarWinds, LiveAction, ThousandEyes).

Professional English — mandatory.
Preferred / Nice To Have

Working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

CCIE Enterprise / JNCIE.

F5 LTM / Palo Alto PCNSE certification.

SD-WAN platform experience (Cisco Viptela, Versa, Fortinet).
