Job Responsibilities:
1. Network Development: Responsible for developing market distributors, communicating and negotiating with potential partners, and promoting business cooperation.
2. System Construction: Develop/optimize the channel operation-related management system, including the construction and improvement of various KPI systems such as operation process management, lead management, and risk management.
3. Promotion and Execution of Exhibition Hall Operation System. Promote the implementation of exhibition hall operation standards, improve the inspection and improvement of exhibition hall hardware standards, and standardize and inspect the operation management standards of exhibition halls.
4. Examination of Exhibition Hall Business Areas and Location Selection, and Quality Management during the Construction Process.
5. Diagnosis and Enhancement of Operations. Conduct on-site diagnosis and empowerment training for weak points in market operation indicators.
6. Development and Management of Secondary Networks. Responsible for the development and review of secondary networks in the market, and the formulation of exhibition hall management and operation standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of experience in automotive brand channel operation, including experience in overseas dealer development and showroom management. The requirements can be slightly relaxed.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written English communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
3. Fully understand the network operation management system and KPI assessment mechanisms.
4. Have data analysis capabilities and the ability to train on products and sales processes.
5. Familiar with the distribution of distributors in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia and the situation of the secondary market.
