If you think you have the following qualifications;

Undergraduate’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university, advanced degree preferred
-
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant banking experience

In-depth understanding of all wholesale banking products
-
Strong risk, financial analysis and structuring skills
-
In-depth understanding of market trends & macro economics
-
Excellent client interaction/ negotiation / communication / presentation skills
-
Strong managerial skills
-
Strong team player
-
Excellent English language
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;
-
Accountable for managing and expanding the overall business relationship with existing multinational corporate clients as well as identifying and initiating relationships with prospect multinational clients
-
Accountable for increasing revenues and profitability on designated client portfolio , while optimizing risk and capital allocation
-
Building trusted relationship with clients. Identifying client’s critical business issues and business opportunities based on a strong understanding of the client, its business/strategy/financials, sector/sector trends and ING’s global and local products/solutions
-
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of ING’s global product and network capabilities to clients. Structuring and executing tailor-made solutions that address client’s needs in coordination with product, country and risk teams
-
Develop and keep regular dialogue with Parent Account Managers (PAMs) in various geographies to pursue multinational client relationships
-
Develop and keep regular dialogue with global and local product teams.
-
Responsible for securing relevant internal commercial and risk approvals for credit reviews and transactions together with Parent Account Managers (PAMs), product and sector teams
-
Develop necessary strategies & actions to support overall Wholesale Banking strategies and priorities
-
Responsible for the “Know Your Customer“ processes of the clients and ensure necessary client due diligence are taken
-
Acting as first line of defense for financial and non-financial risk management issues with designated client portfolio, effectively collaborating with risk functions within ING
-
Leading and coaching junior bankers in developing their skills and expertise
