About the Role:

The Network Solutions Security Manager is responsible for embedding security in the design and implementation of ADC’s telecom network solutions. This includes driving secure-by-design principles across access, core, and transport solution architectures, ensuring compliance, and supporting secure deployments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate security into the design and engineering of network solutions (RAN, Core, Transport, IP).
  • Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to validate security controls during network expansions and upgrades.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments during design phases of new network deployments.
  • Ensure solution compliance with internal security standards, 3GPP frameworks, and national regulations.
  • Drive security integration for SDN/NFV and cloud-native network functions.
  • Define end-to-end secure configuration templates and deployment guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to product, operations, and technology teams on secure solution rollouts.
  • Track evolving security threats in the telecom domain and recommend mitigation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in telecom solution design or security architecture.
  • Deep understanding of RAN, Core, and Transport technologies.
  • Strong grasp of telecom security frameworks, threat modeling, and SDN security.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
