Network Specialist

We are looking for a "Network Specialist" to contribute to our company's growth journey.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network administration,
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking (Routing & Switching),
• Proficiency in core network protocols such as VLAN, STP, and OSPF,
• Experience in firewall management (Fortigate, CheckPoint or similar),
• Ability to analyze multi-location network structures and propose improvement actions,
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented work approach,
• Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Çorlu, or Çerkezköy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage, operate, and improve the company’s LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure,
• Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless network devices,
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and resolve them proactively,
• Manage firewall policies, VPN structures, and overall network security configurations,
• Analyze and troubleshoot L2/L3 network incidents to deliver permanent solutions,
• Manage VPN / MPLS / SD-WAN connections across multiple locations,
• Perform network monitoring and log management using tools such as Zabbix and PRTG,
• Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and change logs,
• Participate in infrastructure projects and collaborate with relevant teams,
• Communicate with service providers and vendors,
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for network-related issues,
• Contribute to periodic maintenance, improvement, and security operations.
