Job Description
We are hiring a Network Engineer to support the network and communication systems of our 24/7 inbound contact center. The role involves maintaining internet connectivity, VoIP systems, routers, firewalls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role suited for candidates with practical troubleshooting experience in live environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Support and troubleshoot VoIP/SIP call systems.
- Handle network issues, including downtime, packet loss, and bandwidth problems.
- Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and QoS.
- Coordinate with ISPs for fault resolution and service escalations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintain network security and perform routine updates.
- Support backup internet failover and network redundancy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure
- Good knowledge of:
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Routers & switches.
- VPN configuration.
- Firewall basics.
- Basic understanding of VoIP/SIP will be preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Experience in call center, ISP, or NOC environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
